Cliffhanger...
That's like watching your fav tv show, and having the power go out seconds before the climactic scene.....
"I will tell you..! After this cliff hanger." Goddamn it. Wish this would move faster..
Not cool in leaving us on such an intriguing cliffhanger. My guess is A106 has been accessing online databases and triggered a flag while looking into the government.
Well, Pluto is pretty much the gold standard of Seinen Astro Boy. I do think we'll get into more mature situations down the road (for instance, Tobio's death and impact on Dr. Tenma).

Eh, it started out alright, quite interesting in fact, but after a few chapters I began to lose interest rapidly. This story revealed itself to be a boy's dream of robots, who wants to see "coolu fighting robots" while also having empty romantic conceptions about their feelings. This is the sort of story that will try to convey "the heart and soul of robots", while also have / want them smash each other as violently as possible "because it is cool", all the while characters shout out the names of their attacks.
This is yet another moment in which an incredibly shounen manga, is published in a Seinen magazine. This is practically One Piece, only with robots.
If anyone reading this sympathized with this rant, it's probably not your cup of tea. The seinen-tag is misleading.
I'm the TL. This is translated from the French release, of which there are currently 15 chapters (3 vol.) out. The next volume is coming out in November. I've been too busy lately but I will be back to a more regular schedule now.

I need more chapters of this, is this really only 10 chapters on Japan or are the scanners translating the manga on their own pace?
Well this is when they were college students and in Atom they are all old men so either A106 was retired or was destroyed and became an inspiration to keep improving as they are definitely on the right track.

Yeah, I was talking of Astro Boy, although even though I watched the 1980 series as a kid, I'm more knowledgeable on the 2003 version of the anime.

Actually, our translator is a French translator, so as you can imagine, there's quite a bit of QCing. Plus, the French editions are only up to volume 3. My group and Golden Roze scans can always use more help with this series.
