I knew the translation was wrong, and I just asked a new friend of mine that is fluent in Japanese; Translating it from my copies of the books, K41, pages 25 and 26,
the translation on the pages were:
"The one who's most skilled can block any thanks." (Frau-Sama, Page 25)
"S-skilled!? What are you talking about--!?" (Teito, Page 26)
It SHOULD read as follows:
"A person stuffed with gratitude is the most delicious." (Frau-Sama Page 25)
"D-delicious!? What do you mean by that--!?" (Teito, Page 26)
Just in case anyone else thought it sounded strange. Now we know.
As someone just starting to read this for the first time, I feel like this is a good series... I just have no idea what's going on a any given point. Between all the similar looking characters, the story that jumps form one scene to the next without warning, and the way the art has a tendency to all blend together into a jumble of random shapes, I'm only able to absorb half of what I'm reading at any given point... Has anyone else had this problem, and if so does it clear up as the series goes on?
It was a surprise! The mangaka mentioned it on their twitter. They released it about two months ago as part as the final bunkoban volume and a link to their new series, Battle Rabbits.

I have the tankouban set in Japanese, and, this site, too, seems to have an issue with Kapitel 61. The title listed on the list is correct, "Run Away" but the pages posted are for K62, "50/50". I don't know if anyone else noticed that there's a chapter missing? I havn't read through the entire thing on here, since I own the books now... But I was curious about if it was on here or not.. Since I got banned from another manga site for pointing it out.. Hopefully that won't happen here. (I've already scan-lated the missing chapter, too.)

It's been so long that I've completely forgotten what the land of Seele was. Would someone mind filling me in? Does everyone who goes there "die" and get reincarnated?
Wow. I can't believe it's been so long since this manga started.
and so, it ended. but I'm kinda sad, I wanted Teito x Ouka, really.
The first manga I ever read was Fullmetal Alchemist (I started it a week before the last chapter came out on One Manga) and this was the second manga. I'm sad that it's over, but glad, too: it didn't drag on and the story was told well.
Oh, and Frau never gets a break, does he?
Doesn't this mean that newborn Teito is like Jesus? His mother got pregnant all of a sudden with a miracle.
I say like since Teito's mom isn't a virgin of course.
Ah the warm fuzzies I has from the ending is so nice. Yay for happy endings to all!
I remember when I started this in december, 2008. Few months later, it got animated and it was probably one of the best anime series that I had seen for year 2009.
I don't know when exactly it ended in Japan, but I know I'm pleased with this kind of ending. I just wish I had seen a little more of the interactions between Ouka, Hakuren and the newborn Teito. Oh well, this was good enough.
It's...finally over. O_o Wow. I can't believe it was started in 2005.
