Dammit, you ruined it for me... I made the mistake of going back to look.
I thought the sentences were fine, although the font at the beginning took some time to read.
I know what you mean, some of those sentences were completely incoherent.
Based on Author's name probably a best challenge.. can't seem to find page though
The art isn't that great IMO, and true for most webtoons...(except a few ones out there)
The one thing that make them look better than monochrome mangas is the fact that they're fully-coloured and sometimes rich in details. Perspective and anatomy's rules aren't that well respected if you look properly, plus the fluidity of action scenes.
In this one's case, the artist is very good at picking up the right filter for the panels, and adding up the effects(beautiful textures filtering!!!) altogether while giving it an overall beautiful look. But if we're still talking about the anatomy and the proportions then it has a long way to go...(but since most people don't notice this...) And that pink hair lady's face looks kinda creepy... ...
I came here because of Mickey (Mouse) because it seemed like a wtf title. The overall efforts put in by the artist despite their lack of proper anatomy understanding is just beautiful because it looks good enough to ignore the inconsistencies.(Yes I'm praising it.(not sarcasm))
tl;dr: The hands, the arms, the shoulders and the rest of the body feel lulz-worthy and I get a sentiment that this is the type of artist that only focuses on shaping up the face... but the comic still looks good enough despite its faults. Props to the artist!

Well.. this may turn out well, but it seems unreasonable. A small group can't personally solve one hundred thousand cases per year, so there's almost no limit to how many similar groups can be created whenever the story requires it. And it's not really possible to accurately write a single genius for a long story, much less many of them.
Considering that they have solved about 500,000 cases with a 99.9% of success. They have failed in 50 cases, so maybe there is a group of people able to compete with SI.
