If you like a manga/anime that tries to be intellectual and deep but fails, then yeah, death note is more interesting.

Cloud is really so cool about it - the rape, the recorder, the way he plans it all out and never shows any emotion, or when they think they have him - he is many steps ahead of them - this manga reminds me a lot of a grown up real world version of Death Note. It also reminds me a bit of Eden of the East - Higashi no Eden.

so... he raped her and then put her in jail, the mangaka really hit the mark with how corrupted and assholes the politicians nowadays are. This manga is awesome.
