The official copies are being sold in China only. The pre-orders were finished in November and the books will be released in January. I have no information regarding the international popularity and whether it would interest any foreign publisher. If it were so, I hardly think they'd use these translations. They'd probably pay translators anew.
I sincerly hope that a company can recruit the translator and author so that physical copies can be printed. I'd like to support by buying.
I don't know if it's me being cynical, but knowing that most of the people running these big-ass aggregate sites that steal from batoto are huge assholes i kinda doubt their motives are "altruistic" like that. More likely that they just want to make a profit on someone else's work, while not giving enough of a shit to respect the scanlators and their wishes.
On the reuploads to other sites, try putting your author's note on the first page, not the last page, with bright obnoxious colors that draw the eye, because reuploaders likely don't bother reading the comic first. I think the motivation is that a site could go down forever any day & therefore whatever they're reading needs to be uploaded to as many sites as possible. That or they just like having everything they read all on one site...kinda like how Youtube uploaders fail when they try leaving Youtube for less restrictive (less popular) video sites, because their audiences can't be assed to watch videos on more than one site. Well, that's my guess anyway.
Really Mangafox though? Didn't that site remove 90% of their uploads a year or two ago, with the BS claim of a system hack & the false claim that all the mangas were licenced to prevent anyone from reuploading chapters?

Actually, it seems that both her weibo, u17 and kuaikanmanhua seem to be official, but as you might've noticed, u17 (not sure about kuaikanmanhua) censors the chapters. That's why there is always a notice at the bottom of the censored chapters where Wang says to go read the full version on her weibo.
For some time, I was lead to believe from others that http://www.u17.com/comic/109436.html was the official site for Circle outside of Weibo that the author uploaded to herself, & that does not really seem to be the case. First I noticed that the two sites are currently 4 chapters off in numbering, & after comparing chapter 61 here with chapters 58 & 59 there, I noticed that theirs has missing full-page art & a chunk of the panels where characters are doing things as harmless as kissing were straight-up removed from U17's uploads. ::tisk tisk:: Not showing the image at all is even worse that the way some Chinese comic sites censor Korean webtoons by plastering emojis all over their bodies.
