This was a crazy, realistic roller-coaster of a story....

Edit: Real life is stranger than fiction, it seems. A true, coming-to-age type of deal... and then some.

I was really into reading it but then i saw the tags: rape and ntr and suddenly  lost all interest in it.I also read some spoilers to try to change my image and find if it is true about the whole ntr thing and then i found out that the way that it deals with these matters is stupid. Is there really any ntr in it?

It has different kinds of 18+ stuff. If you expecting light-hearted romcom you're wrong and better not to spend time there. Ciguatera is dark, sweet, funny and disgusting sometimes.

Absolutely pointless last chapter, imo.
Anyway good manga but I really dislike how the author draws the girls.

The ending was pretty fitting.

Sure it may seem unexpected but if you think about it, there are a lot of unfinished plot points in this Manga

Its truly a story about live and the people you met. In regards to real life you also never get the whole story about your friends, coworkers and lovers, you may break up with them at some point and completly lose contact.

This is quite possible the most realistic Manga i ever read

arggghh he became boring, my guess is that he lost her number when he dropped the phone in the water and then he was like meh..

Plot twist: 2 years later, MC divorced his 2nd love, in a very similar pattern and for a similar reason as with his 1st love.

what a bummer, the end was a total downer~! I was like laughing my ass off the whole time, but, when it came to the last chapter, it was like it didn't have any feel in it, it was like "I'll just put whatever it is that I can think of to end this" and BAM! there you have it, it lacked passion man, PASSION!!!!

The ending did not satisfy me at all. In fact I feel as if my heart was ripped out, punched repeatedly and then tried to put it back into place thinking it was perfectly fine. T_T

There were no feels in the last chapter, it just happened. I felt that ending could have happened anytime after halfway through and I'll still feel as cheated out as I do now since there was no build up.

68 chapters leading to a forseeable outcome, last chapter to say "Nope."

Still...very interesting manga and it definitely gave me the more realistic seinen slice-of-life feel I really like. The author got me good.

Liked it alot! Always been a fan of seinen manga since they tend to be more realistic of life.
Spoiler
Overall a very good manga, recommended for people that want a taste of reality(with some crazyness and interesting people) in manga forum that could possibly get you thinking about your own life and/or la vida in general.

Great read. I dont know why by by the end I came to like the Takai character - well written not-so-obvious-antagonist. It was all water under the bridge for him.

Ogino, trapped in the never ending cycle of love/life - I will always love you. Well, always,it seems, is not as infinite as one might think :D

What the fluck was that ending...it broke my enthusiasm and the just trampeld it over and over, Damn you author for making me tear up*wimper* and when i thought that everything will work out eventualy you just go and break them apart and even worst you show me Nagumo bearing a stranger`s baby...I will not forgive you for messing with my feelings or for making such a ending.

Holy shit that troll ending, so like damn.... Way too realistic :9

The moral is:
Women let you down, italian bikes don't.
The end was a cheapshot you dont just introduce someone out of no where and boom like that at least make up why those event happened that was a real cheapshot blow to the readers... reading all those long chapters and then boom.... wth was that about
If you hated this ending, you will hate the endings to some other works he has. Still, the thing I've figured out is that his characters doesn't get a "they lived happily ever after", and more like "and they keep living like they used to". It pisses me off because I become fond of the characters. Happened when I finish reading "Boku to Issho", my favourite manga. I became disappointed in the ending but still, I understand he does't make fairy tales, so the happy ending is out of the question; the ending is plain...but adequate.
One of my favorite manga's of all time. It's rather motivating :)
Ending was realistic for sure... good or bad as it may be in RL.
Wow... It was really surprising when he said "It wouldn't be right to Akiko" in ch. 2. That's the first time I've ever seen a manga character say something like that. Much respect for this kid.
wtf happenned at last? toooooooo realistic :D
God damn I hated the ending, I liked the rest though.
Interesting. At first, one would think the ending were unexpected, but the author gives the reader quite a bit of credit. It's an intelligent lead to an unconventional ending.

Personally, I would've liked more development toward the end, even if just to give me more to like about it.

Above all, though, certainly comical and positive.
Thanks KidCongo
