Well, technically speaking, a series can have a romance tag even if the focus isn't romance at all. For instance, the elder brother in the landlord family that helps the mc is already shown to be in love with the mc. So just that, even if his love is one-sided, it still gets a romance tag.
I completly get what you mean. I'm not certain whether or not the story will go downhill because of romance not being integrated correctly into the story(as in put in just for the sake of romance being there, which is a bad thing in my book)... But, I think I'll give this one a chance and keep my expectations positive since the first chapter was pretty good and the focus seems to be on the mc's relationship with her nephew.
But then again, from the tag and the way the first chapter was, there probably will be some romance at some point later on, so let's just hope it will be done well.
