Think of it as a play-on-words for "Terminator"
Choppy execution, rough around the edges, and somehow a little off in tone, but there are some interesting thematic ideas here in the particular brand of dystopia and the MC's relationship to it.
Overall, I give it a 2 meh's.
Seriously! Even wearing powered armor he is still sporting a nice tie, classy hat, and good shoes.
