The only thing missing to make it perfect is getting to watch the MC masturbate to the hot zombies. Because no internet.

Yeah, well you could say it's the manifestation of Death through his eyes. He traveled 20mi on foot with an axe as a weapon. I'm surprised that he can still swing his axe to rush towards Death.
So he saw a hallucination of the ideal girl? Since when he opened his eyes, the zombie was a male, wearing pants (ideal girl wore long black dress).
Good one shot because it offers a way different view on the Zombie Apocalypse/Survival theme.

I mean, the mangaka probably didn't know about the problem, so it's probably not actually meant to be Canada, but Canada would work.
The one unrealistic thing in this manga: the names and backdrops suggest this is supposed to be set in America, but as we all know, kinder eggs (or "bonus chocolate" as they're called here) are banned in the US.
the real question is why do they always want to overextend a series? some would be better with less

Really liked that. Art and story were great!
Good twist on an overdone genre. But I won't want to see it made longer, let alone serialized.
The title itself is a pun on "Boys, be ambitious".
Anyway, it's quite nice.
Doing a full serie with this kind of story wouldn't be hard but it could not go for long...the only way would be using a bit of comedy and everytime he finds a good looking zombies something happens and is ruined.
