This is a really different take on craft/instructional manga. I have only encountered cooking-related ones, which often have detailed instructions on cooking techniques. This is giving instructions on finding materials to repurpose, and on basic carpentry techniques.
I will really enjoy this.
p.s. a 'two-sided saw' of the type shown is called a 'ryoba'. If you ever encounter one, be sure to give it a try. They are wicked sharp, and are designed to cut on the pull stroke of the sawing motion. They are two-sided because they have one set of teeth designed to cut *with* the wood grain, and the other set for cutting *across* the grain (rip and crosscut teeth).
Wait, their manufacturing school have cute girls in it? According to my friend it was full of guys and only a handful of manly girls which can be mistaken as guys...

Just one thing, I'd advise against translating onee-san to "sis" (ever), especially since he's meaning "older girl" rather than his actual sister. Just leave it as onee-san.
