I'm not really into slice of lifes, and this manga is more about the dialogues than the history, but the subjects are so interesting, the reactions and the comedy doesn't let it get boring

If you're thinking it actually means some sort of jealousy (along the lines of what it actually did mean, except maybe construed a bit more hostile), that might make some kind of sense except,
First, his rant wasn't about that at all it was about something entirely different, so to almost nobody's surprise the MC wasn't being remotely sharp and wasn't getting it right,
And second, if we imagined for some bizarre reason that he decided to rant hostilely about something totally wrong even though in his mind he had it basically right, that still wouldn't really explain why he was totally unable to connect him yelling conspiracy theories about the evils of girls in general and her in specific on one hand, with her getting upset, on the other. Any reasonably sane person, even if he was dim enough to rant like that and assumed his rant was correct, would have some notion when pondering the issue why that might make someone upset.
Really, why is this hard?
