The serialization picks of where the oneshot ended, making the oneshot the first chapter. It appears the serialization ended at 11 chapters 2 volumes (though it doesn't explicitly say anywhere that it ended).

I searched for the serialization. It's coming out in Jump X once every few months. Right now it should be at 9 chapters. I'm not sure if the serialization had a "first" chapter or if it's a direct continuation of the one-shot. No complete volumes have been published yet.
So yes, I've seen the RAWs and the serialization exists.
