Nah it isn't at this point in time. From what little knowledge I have of the BB universe this is the most we see of him and is mentioned in passing in Chrono Phantasma. Though if I had to place a wild bet with where the story is at now I'd bet he either isn't real, as in he doesn't belong in the timeline.
...so what's Taro's secret? I know like nothing about the greater story behind this series (only ended up here in the first place cause of the gender bender tag) -- is it something that's explained in a game or something?
I don't know much about the GG universe, but the BB universe has always dealt heavily with parallel/alternate universes. I wouldn't be surprised if the two are distant "relatives" to each other.

We'll probably find out in BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma EXTEND's Remix Heart Tour Version. Only on the PS3, PS4, and the PS Vita (yes, it was just recently announced for the Vita! 8D)

Final volume of Remix Heart comes out this month (9/9) which includes an epilogue that wasn't published during it's magazine run due having too many pages. Some what a little spoilerish for those who haven't played ChronoPhantasma's story mode.
lol agreed. Also, this is one of the few times where the change supposedly being made permanent seemed believable.

I doubt there's anyone who didn't see that one coming haha. Most gender bender mangas seem to end up like that. Not that I'm complaining. Mai does look pretty good.
