Biohazard: Heavenly Island

My first time encounter with anything that had to do with Biohazard or Resident Evil or whatever the shit they are called for. I've known them since years ago when my friend was into this franchise but finally now, after all those years, got to actually learn something about the series, umbrella, t-virus, b.o.w., these cringing jargons of the series.

I picked this particular manga for the art but I actually quiet enjoyed the ride except it had several plot holes that annoyed me... well I am not that actually annoyed and normally don't care and overlook them as these are ubiquitous aspects for any manga or fictional works but this particular one made me giggle toward the ending for being so anti-climatic for the final boss, supposedly the next gen bio-weapon developed in this particular timeframe or story depicted in this particular manga, being wrapped up by the "one-hit wonder" rocket launcher. Well, that's just me. If you want to check out some nicely drawn girls with a short good zombie action, this one might be for you.

For being a Chinese spy Julie didn't got the same pragmatism that Ada or Fong Ling. She Won, not Albert Wesker, not Carla, not Alex, she won without any overcomplicated plan and threw everything into the garbage's bin.

BEST ZOMBIE GIRL SURVIVED~! YES! That's all I could ask for.

Also... falling from that height without any broken bones and still being able to stand/walk... not to mention on the shore with all those waves battering her... BEST ZOMBIE GIRL OF THE YEAR! Can we get a sequel... just about her? I want my Zombie Model adventures to continue!

Unlikely, when the entire series had already been licensed in English and finished publishing back in mid-2015.

And the rocket launcher solves everything, as usual. I miss the quad launcher and the Stinger from the early games though.

Why didnt the MC just shoot the hunter in the first place with the shotgun? For that matter, why didnt the hunter target him first seeing as how he was in the room when it woke up, and instead went after Inez?

He's scared is probably the best answer. Most people who aren't trained dont make great snap judgement. 

The Hunter is barely out of it's tank when Inez showed up, A hunter is a hunter and even though the MC was in it's sights first, Inez is the one who drew her gun and it locked onto her. 

Its probably used to capture specimens alive so that they can analyze it and develop a vaccine or something.

Of course, this doesnt work on boss type monsters.

Chapter 29 ending with that "Alex Wesker" line made me think the woman in the picture was Albert Wesker after MtF transition.
