Aya is a shitty character and I'm sorry that I've finally caught up to the part of the manga that will make everyone aware of this fact.

I think the word he was looking for was "obnoxious" or "oblivious". Not trying to put any words in anyones mouth, I just think he made a simple vocabulary error.

 I meant obtuse, as in deliberately so. It's a word that means being dull or stupid, the kind you see when people complain about their fresh coffee being hot as if they shouldn't have expected it. Or if people reading a gag manga about a big titted OL get up in arms about the tactless stock character

What separates Takeda from us mere mortals is not his earthly desire for tig ol' bitties, but his god-like patience and restraint. I bet even buddha's taking notes!

I for one welcome these recent developments.

Twas just one guy that argued a single point, and everyone joined the bandwagon. I think we already made it into a bigger deal than it needs to be.

I just want to point this out, I understand what is his role is when driving the jokes and what type of jokes this series is about.

 

People been talking about not him but the type of humor there is, before him there was the chief that still makes the same types of jokes and is still the same type of character, then this new guy appears and made that OMG LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THOSE BATTLESTATIONS joke and people switched targets, in case you dont understand ... this is what this series have been about, this is the type of humor you get.

 

But no, lets complain about the characters instead but hey, I read Tomo and I know what I am going to see in the comments.

Let's try one more time~
The problem people have with Shimazu, if anything, is that he directly told the girl about her tits. Everyone else, did not tell that to her face. They just exposed themselves to the MC. The way we experience them as characters is not the same.
Do you understand the difference? Between day-dreaming-gossiping, and directly hurling such a misplaced joke or banter at someone's face? Were you ever in any real-life social scenario which makes something like that painfully obvious that there's a difference between "ah, yeah, she has great tits" and "Hey, your tits are amazing, what are your 3 sizes?" ?

For the very least, even if the other characters are a bunch of ""perverted assholes"", at least they keep it between themselves. You wrote so much to argue about this issue, while completely missing the point.

MC's behavior and appearance really make me think he's from Coffee Mou Ippai for some reason.

I think it's his eyes and facial expressions.

Alright this is just stepping over a line here.
