Yeah, art is great as usual. And yeah, it's definitely named after Benten. The chibi girl on that poster is closer to how she's usually portrayed.
Picked up Volume 1 in Akiba a few weeks ago

Unfortunately my only time in Ueno was a few minutes spent in Ueno station during a bullet train layover... And while in Osaka there is actually an area called Bentenchou which I wondered if that was named after Benten? Not sure.
