Yup, or some other people who are specialized on sexual education/consultation come to your school (In my experience, teachers just give you stuff like box with a tampon, a condom, booklets and so on without saying too much about it. Those other people explain everything in detail, show you how to properly use a condom, tell you whom you can ask when you have trouble with your sex life,... ). It's pretty common in middle Europe.
