Rushed manga with a rushed AND disapointing ending, shame, this manga had a great potential to be something great. Also... #ICHIIBESTGIRL

Too much mangas got axed these days.

I don't see why people like this, but for me it's a pain to see the MC.

... Did you not get past like the first 2 chapters or something?

I don't see why people like this, but for me it's a pain to see the MC.

I keep coming back to this series for a fun read. Seriously, guys, give it a chance, this thing is a total gem. I really wish the axe would just fuck right off and these guys would have a chance to grow but, for what it's worth, everything is in it's place. Totally a hidden treasure.

Hmm, I don't know why, but I quite enjoyed this series. Maybe its the good artwork, or the surprisingly likable cast, but I really wanted more from this series.

I wish Kamitani had more of a chance to grow as a character, but at least he did grow in the end.

Ending was a bit bitter sweet as well, I was hoping for ultimate happy ending but it still closed out well.

any news from the author about his next work (if there will be any)?

That was great. I want more axes like this, I was actually really happy by the ending... Well not that I wanted Baketeriya to finish, banish this thought, there's still so many stories to be told.

In a way, it's not the kind of ending that holds me from reading the manga again.

Take your time reading this, it's well worth it I beleive.

It sucks that good series get axed. But it did close of nicely, even if rather sadly. All in all, it's worth a look. But beware the feels.

I dont know what was going on... when I first read this it didnt make any sense and when I finished it it really didnt make any sense.. what kept me reading was the love triangle that was going on but... meh

This manga reminds me of gegege kitarou.

*grabs chest* urgh all the feels...all the feels...

it was a cool manga, sad to see it end.

Goodnight sweet prince... :'(

Strangest "I am your father..." axed ending I've ever read...

This was excellent. Its a shame they did not appreciate it as much as we did. Thank you for all the hard work in bringing this to us. It was a delicious treat.

SAdly, this is all too common nowadays... Publishers are too greedy and will just take on any project in hopes of finding a diamond in the rough.  Instead of holding Mangaka to higher standards and making them turn out good material, they can basically just experiment now and if it dont work it they just axe it like this one was.  So basically, because there are a million Manga out now, some of the great ones just get lost in the crowd.  I'm old school, and just wish things were like they use to be.... Quality over Quantity.  Make a few GREAT Manga instead of a ton of mediocre ones with a couple rare good ones.

Cant agree here. In a hundred titles even the most picky would find ten to suit him. In ten titles... well lets just say they can't all be great. There are no good-ol-times - the great rush is now and we get to enjoy fishing for gold fishies. This was one of them. Thank you, Japanzai, for allowing me to experience it. If I could, I'd buy it.

Even though the mighty axe got another one..the ending itself was amazing. A bit sad yet truly beautiful. A great manga, thanks for sharing this story!

Damn you axe, you take everything i love.

This actually felt like a proper ending. More series should be axed like this, or better yet, planned for an ending.

Less crappy or rushed endings is better.

Damn you axe, you take everything i love.

Loved the end, the feels are just too strong, haha.

Although I'm kinda sad to see this series end, specially since it kinda felt rushed, but stil good ending, huge thank you to Japanzai for bringing us this manga!

Ended quickly, but it was a good one. I don't dislike it at all.

Why do all the things I love die?!?! I love you guys... Group hug anyone?

...and he can't see them because the curse was lifted...? wth, there was a curse that allowed the real world to know them that they were there??? Since when?

You can't just glance over the relationship between his mother and father! that deserved at least a chapter or two of explanation...

Too bad it was axed.... another one with it's life cut too short we shall never forget thee Baketeria...
