When I started to read bl stories a friend explained it to me as follows.
Shounen ai: when they are in love but the story is very naive, at best they kiss.
Yaoi: when the stories are more passionate, dark or is a simple romantic comedy, but have a sexual content.
Shotacon: turn around and call the police, is any kind of romance that involves an adult with a child of 12 years old or under.
And if the baby should be considered as an adult my personal answer is NO, but if you like it keep on reading and supports the author.
Why does this have a yaoi tag? D: Should the baby really be classified as an adult? In which case if there are "intimate relations" between the baby and his nanny, is it like when the baby, um, ages? Can someone please define yaoi, shounen ai, and shotacon for me, please?

Is the "more milk" a pun lost in translation? I didn't quite understand the reaction at the end.
The credits pages are longer than the chapters... that's a little excessive.
Ya know, looking at those raws, the Yaoi tag kinda looks like it's there for the obvious and most disturbing pairing? Someone feel free correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I'll be giving this one a wide, wide berth. That's well beyond the matter of an 'age gap'.
