Hmm. Haven't tasted the manga itself yet, but (ha-ha) just looking at the cover reminds me of, oh... Flame of Recca and Yu Yu Hakushu.
Yeah, that 90s art style is unmistakable.
All hail the glorious splendour of decades past--those are some magnificently vintage cellphones there.
