Give me a proper summary in the description, please.

There you go  :)

Give me a proper summary in the description, please.

That was excellent, at only 50+ chapters for a webtoon, its a quick read. However it does it well, the main cast are really likable and so much fun to watch. The story stayed on track for me through out, always knowing where it was heading from start to finish. Which is a nice change from things I end up reading that often run on way too long.

Would love to see a extra chapter, I can imagine Lessu and his "Teacher" (his pretty, compliment loving noona) sorry really bad at remembering Korean names, probably since less exposure to them. Anyway think it would be fun if they were together

It would have been nice to have it rounded off a little, say, showing MC working towards a new goal but all in all it was a pretty good read!

Thanks EGS!

:D

Nooo. I'm sad it ended =(

That was good.  The end surprised me a little (I was expecting to read more) but I don't dislike this end.

I am looking forward to what the author comes up with next

That nurse at the infirmary... ...

great stuff..
thanks for the translation!

Thanks for great work EG Scans.

That last panel...lol. XD

Radiohead, Exit Music (for a film)

My surprise when I recognized the music.

Men only need to say "Hey!" and nod.. but they understood each other... that's...

simple.. i wish girls are like that... XD

What a good way to end the match, no winners or losers, only blood.

That chapter 49.

5 words total, yet so much tension.

Coming close to an end, and i like the change in the MC.

wow!! chapter 47 doesn't need words to explain what's happening but its clearly understood... :)

cool!

I dont see how learning how to fence would ever help in a fighting situation.. like if the MC wants to get strong again I dont see why fencing would be his choice.

I watched it a bit during the olympics last year and i wasunimpressed, it was like rounds would last less then 6seconds and seemed like it really came down to who struck first.

Well, I think most people would have gathered that raw physical strength wasn't really what he was chasing. I mean, if it were that simple, he could have just lifted weights or some bullshit. He chose fencing because 1) you only really need one hand for it, and 2) because one of the fuckers he beat up earlier in his life managed to cement himself as one of the top, one of the "strong" in the school through fencing. Plus, after getting his ass handed to him already once by said fucker in fencing, I think his pride pushed him into it.

You might be unimpressed with fencing, but that doesn't mean others are. Fencing is a very exhilarating sport, and the amount of tension that can go into those short rounds can be incredible. You should really try it out before pulling the "meh" factor on it. Also...physical strength and conditioning is very important in fencing, as it is with most sports. Sure, they call it a battle of wits, but at the end of the day, if your body can't follow your head, you lose.

I watched it a bit during the olympics last year and i wasunimpressed, it was like rounds would last less then 6seconds and seemed like it really came down to who struck first.

As a general rule, if you watch the top people in a highly competitive sport and it seems obvious they're not doing anything much, it is very likely you're missing something.

I think that's not what this is about here. Sure, in a fight unless he has a piece of equipment or get a pipe our something Else to use add a weapon, it might not help much.
Still, if he has the level-headness and composure that you gain from it, it's already a great help.
Fencing is more about logic and keeping your composure than brawl. Also, it keeps your reflexes sharp and stamina high.
Considering he knew how to fight, against someone that hasn't done aform of martial arts he undoubtedly had the edge.

But once again, that's not the question here.
The problem was much more of insecurity, pessimism and sense of inferiority of feeling good for nothing since he lost his post.
Of thinking he can't do anything and so doing nothing. Being deluded with life, what he really wants, former values and yada yada.

It's much more of a mental block.

He lost a hand, okay, things are much more difficult but not impossible. His body got weak? Then workout.
Still want to fight? Then go learn some sort of fighting. It's not like there aren't fighting styles that can't accommodate it, and if doesn't want to use his hands at all, then why not taekwondo?

There are lots of ways, fencing is good in that he doesn't have to rely on his hand, is a challenge, something to occupy his mind and slowly build up his confidence once again.
Also, it's showing him a style of not only fighting but of thinking completely different and opening his mind to it and other perspectives to life.
What for the hot-headed, ruthless and ego-centric attention and power seeking person he was is really good and fitting.
