S2Scans actually released Chapter 279 back in June 2014. They haven't picked it back up.
According to Baka, Crunchyroll has completed it with 15 Volumes and 399 Chapters.

What is most surrealistic to me after reading two volumes is that it is going to over 10 volumes... I'm not being dissmissive of the series, but really, is there a market for this anywhere in the world? They even made an anime!
