yeah this still has more chapters until chapter 12 in Japan i think, so the completed should be put down.

The "completed" tag is meant to only be used if the scanlation is complete, if memory serves. It being complete in the raws does not mean it is completed here, in other words.

I wonder why this is marked completed since there's still 4 more chapters to go. I'm not really sure if this is Yuri though since I can't understand the raws.
