We have finally discovered how the infection spreads. By speaking to the idiot you have to lower your common sense (and intelligence) to a level that the idiot can understand. Once you do this though ... it's all over ... you're dead (stupid).
I feel bad for the little girl ... she has no future. She talked to the idiot and is the next generation of the infected.
