I don't think they are being skipped, so much as they are uploading and Badpotatoes is eating them instead of approving. Happened with 4.2, and apparently with all of chapter 8.

It's kinda cliche ('liar' whom actually tells the truth) and the setting seems a bit bland but I think this will be greatly interesting, I WANT MOAR. If need be I'll spam the fuck out of this to get yet MOAR chapters, even if I need the help of the NSA.
