It's actually more direct than that if you consider Toaru Kagaku no Railgun 71.1 canon.
A whole slew of things happened that arc. Friggin' intense.
It happens in the railgun side of the daihaseisai arc, if im not mistaken.
So, we just (finally) put up our version of chapter 2. Which is different from the chapter 2 by 4chan (I don't think that's even the same book) and is actually a different version of what was put up as chapter 14. Complicated.
I would like to believe our release is of higher quality but then again I am biased.
Does that happen in another manga or one of the novels?
Yes and no. Mine are in order minus the chapters that were already posted (1,4,5,8). The shared chapters have different numbers, so I think we used different versions.
I can't help but wonder if the chapters are out of order. I think the are.
Actually he does. Just that they never connect the dots or pay enough attention to him. Only Saten has a conversation with him.
I also consider it interesting, and a good thing. It adds to that Academy City feel of characters being connected indirectly.
I find it interesting with the exception of Kuroko Touma never crosses paths with any of Misaka's friends.

Not that I'm complaining... if anything, I'm rather thankful!
they need to throw some Touma in the mix, really get to see Misaka's cute side and Kuroko's jealousy.

Yea. They also translate manga and doujinshi when they feel like it's a good enough series. Truly a shithole, but an awesome, original content creating piece of shit.
