But we don't punish oversized images uploader, we just change them to non-oversized one unless it's done with malicious reasoning.

Broadly - those sorts of comments are fairly widespread, and they need to be actively eliminated. If they're legitimate, that means the series shouldn't be here. If they're not (like this one), then all they do is invite unnecessary trouble.
