Eurasia Blossom
Sobriquet: Flower Shrimp

Because she has the appearance of a young child and loves fancy clothing she was given the sobriquet Flower Shrimp.
Her skills at controlling shinsoo are said to be the best even among the 10 great family heads. But while Poe Vidor Gustang, another family head, was a pioneer of shinsoo research, Blossom never showed much interest on the subject.
(However, Blossom's capability on the battlefield is said to be above that of Gustang's)
It is told that Gustang was jealous of Blossom's talents and his jealousy can often found in Gustang's many works. In one of Gustang's earlier works it is written, "Blossom is one of the top wave controllers but she won't be able to teach you a thing. She doesn't even know how she does it herself," a snide remark on Eurasia.
Because of this, in the tower, when a talented person feels jealous of someone even more talented it supposed to be 'like how Gustang sees Blossom.'(Later, this phrase comes to mean a man and woman with a bad relationship.)
If Gustang was a 'helper' wave controller that used shinsoo to aid combat, Blossom was a 'offensive' wave controller, using shinsoo to attack a target directly. Because the way she manipulates shinsoo is wild and unpredictable, even other family heads are said to have fled when she started using shinsoo.
Although her skills don't fall behind the other family heads, Blossom hasn't involved herself to the politics of the tower since the great journey and has never looked after her family the tower floors she ruled. Because of this she received a lot of criticism from the other family heads.
Interestingly enough, Blossom and Gustang were once lovers but broke up after the famous Eurasia Enne Zahard incident(Enne Zahard is the child of Blossom and Gustang, and Blossom is said to have been against Enne becoming a Zahard princess). Afterwards the Eurasia family and the Poe Vidor family forbid all marriages between the families and have been very hostile toward each other.
Also, the Eurasia main family is opposed to Zahard princesses getting chosen from their family(or it could mean Zahard princesses getting chosen in general, it's too vague).
P.S. Laure is from a branch of the Eurasia family. This family loves to sleep and is talented at controlling shinsoo

A political system where 3 lords take turns ruling every 1000 years. This is an old tradition that has existed since Zahard established a nation in the tower and stems from the crest of the crimson three eyes of the Zahard family.
The 3 lords have highest authority in all the politics of the tower, and has the final say on the items submitted by the 'Ruler's Conference.'
To avoid being bound by their heredity, they discarded their surnames and use only their first name.

1. Molic One P. GR
The eldest of the 3 lords. he is known as a conservative ruler who attaches great importance to the stability of the tower. The name Molic comes from the area he once lived in, and Molic means 'the absolute.' However it is untold what the name P. GR stands for. He is the only one of the 3 lords whose backgrounds are unknown.

2. Joochun
Joochun is known to be a progressive lord. He strongly asserts the advancement to the next floor Because he love alcohol, he was named Joochun for 'alcoholic river'(Joo-alcohol chun-river) He was born between Ari Han and a mother who was native to the tower, but her mother is said to have died as she gave birth to him. There is a rumor that he is a drinking buddy to Urek Mazino, but this is unconfirmed.

3. Magician/Flux
The lord known as the Magician. He is the first disciple of Mexes and is one of the fathers of the factory. Like all the other fathers of the factory, Magician is and artificial organism created by Mexes. However, no one has seen his real self, and only the illusions he made appear here and there in the tower.

So many great translations, thank you very much. It is interesting to see 8-15 rankers because they typically are the heads of family/organizations that influence the tower. We are starting to get a sense on how the political machine of the tower is starting to work. It seems like the three rulers makes all the decision and the ruler conference is made up of the (I am guessing on this part) from the 10 family heads.

Also doesn't it seem like that there are a good percentage of rankers/high rankers that come from the 10 great families? Just the way the prince talks about who passes the test on floor 20. I can see how the military power stays within the great families as well.

i have a wild crack thought that the reason why Eurasia Enne Zahard went crazy MIGHT be because she got pregnant with...... Baam. :0 !! Lol and by " with baam " i mean baam being inside of her, and when i mean " being inside of her " i mean being inside her stomach, of course... The reason i thought of this was because she was sealed, like-wise with baam. And because her parents are wave controllers. And because she has zahard powers. And because being pregnant makes women really cranky. Buuuut this thought is really wrongish because she wasnt in the cave obviously...so someone might have broken her seal. Well someone probably already broke " her seal " IF she really got knocked up with baam.
